Hello!
More than likely, you're here because you're looking for some extra support. You may have noticed your low moods are more frequent or you are struggling with some anxious thoughts. There may have been some things that happened when you were younger that are surfacing and you just aren't sure how to navigate it all. I won't ever tell you that I have all the answers. What I will tell you is I am ready and willing to walk beside you and offer insight and tools in order to help you navigate your life to the best of your ability!

My name is Megan. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in Eagle and Mountain Home, Idaho. I have a bachelors degree in Early Childhood Education from Arizona State University. I was an elementary school teacher for five years. I later graduated with my Masters Degree in Clinician Mental Health Counseling from Northern Arizona University.
In my practice, I work with people who are struggling with depression, anxiety, relationship issues, self-esteem, codependency, and trauma. My approach involves evidence-based models such as Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing, Narrative Therapy and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR).

I am happily married to the love of my life! We are foster parents who enjoy spending time outside on our small farm working on projects, tending to our chickens and exploring new places with our three dogs Diesel, Gunner and Oakley.

I look forward to offering you the support you're looking for and getting you back to living a full and joyful life!
